Founder of 328 Katong Laksa, Ms. Nancy Koh, dedicated six months to perfecting her signature recipe, persevering through numerous setbacks and challenges.   Her unwavering commitment bore fruit, as 328 Katong Laksa has remained a beloved culinary staple in Singapore for over 27 years. ​ In 2001, it received notable recognition from Yan Can Cook, further cementing its reputation. Today, 328 Katong Laksa continues to capture the hearts of celebrities and food enthusiasts around the world.
